Owls Reach is double glazed and well insulated, with oil central heating.   It is light and bright, with skylights in the living rooms.  Set in peaceful countryside – but with no noisy or smelly farmyard nearby- the cottage is a quarter mile from any public road.

The large garden provides plenty of space for the family and a tarmac path leads down to a picnic area next to Retire Common, a Site of Special Scientific Interest.  Families of barn and tawny owls live very close by, and jays, buzzards and pheasants are daily visitors from autumn to spring.   The retired ponies, Pip, Sasha, and Jimmy live in the next field and are always grateful for a carrot !
