Terms and Conditions

Arrival: From 3 pm on Friday. Directions will be sent on booking.

Booking: Please complete enquiry form to check availability - we aim to reply within 24 hours. Or, telephone 01208 831597 and speak to Diana Pride, owner, who will be delighted to answer any questions and take your booking

Central heating: Heating and hot water are included in the price quoted

Cot /high chair: Both are available on request

Departure: By 10 a.m. on Friday

Electricity: This is included in the price quoted

Laundry: An automatic washer/dryer is provided in the kitchen, with a rotary dryer outside and steam iron and ironing board.

Leisure centre: Membership for the duration of your stay is included with indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness suite and fast tanning solarium and access to golf driving range. Fishing licenses can also be obtained from lakeview, as can access to the Internet.

Linen: One set of bed linen and duvets are provided, including towels and tea cloths but PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS. For guests staying more than one week, a change of linen will be offered.

Payment: A non-returnable deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance is payable four weeks before arrival. Cheques to be made payable to Pride Properties please. We also accept Euros.

Pets: The need to protect local wildlife on the SSSI means that pets cannot be accommodated. Sorry!

Services: Electricity is included in the price quoted. Water is from a private bore hole, tested regularly

Smoking: No smoking in the property please

TV/ VCR: These are included in the price quoted

Welcome Pack: On arrival, you will find a welcome pack including some local produce and details about local products and attractions.
